Greenway Lodge, with its rustic log exterior, is set in the idyllic Quantock Hills and is only a mile and a half from the sea. It makes the perfect retreat for those wishing to enjoy some of the best that Somerset has to offer: Open moorland, ancient wooded coombes, fascinating coastal reaches and scenic villages.

Greenway Lodge has been designed and furnished to the highest standard, with many small touches makes it a wonderful place to stay for both couples and families alike. And with only five garden steps and no internal steps to navigate, it's ideal for those who are slightly less mobile than they perhaps may like to think they are!

The outlook from the property is both peaceful and rural, as you would expect from a designated Area Of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB). The lodge sleeps four (plus two on a sofa bed if required) and larger parties can expand into neighbouring Coleridge. The beds are all "zip & link," so can be king size or twin.

From the raised garden above the lodge, the far-reaching sea views are fantastic. The village is one mile from the property and has a pub/restaurant, post office and village store. Half a mile on is the world famous fossil beach of Kilve, (not to mention the awsome cream tea shop on the way to it). There are many visitor attractions nearby, including world heritage sites, family attractions, retail therapy for Mum (Clarkes Village), and numerous pubs for Dad to enjoy as well.

With the Quantock Hills quite literally on your doorstep, you are spoilt for choice, be it walking the famed Coleridge Way, mountain biking, horse riding or having a romantic picnic in the owner's four acre plantation. There is ample off-road parking, under-floor heating and a wood burner. Dogs are most welcome as are horses (stabling and paddocks are available at the owners' adjoining property). Greenway Lodge has secure bike racks and even hot and cold external taps to wash off muddy paws and dirty bikes!
